The Chesa Monte cuisine is fully adapted to the desires of our hotel guests.
Our cuisine team's activities comprise the composition of the breakfast buffet, the preparation of cakes, tarts, strudel and small meals for the afternoon buffet and of the evening gourmet menus including various buffet offers, themed menus and gala menus.
Our cuisine chef Josef Sieß and his team are committed to coming up with new creations. Cooking apprentices can expect a profound and comprehensive high-class education.
Our service employees Jasmin, Marina, Paul, Tamas und Katharina under the leadership of head waiter Thomas Borisch are important contact persons for our guests.
Each of them has learnt his/her craft from scratch and knows how to respond to our guests' desires in an open and friendly way.
Their activities not only comprise service at breakfast in the morning, service in the restaurant, in the hotel hall and on the terrace during the day, but they also serve you at dinner with meals and beverages, are responsible for wine recommendations, offering of aperitifs and digestifs, drinks at the bar, buffet decorations and setting of festive tables.
Our apprentice Isabel is working side by side with her fully-qualified colleagues; the profound training at the Chesa Monte hotel will enable her to start a successful career in tourism.
