Our reception desk ladies, Dagmar and Katharina, are your first contact persons and thus the first representatives of the hotel.

Their work is varied, but also includes daily routine work. An appropriate reception is very important for a good start to a holiday.

The reception activities include answering the phone, correspondence by mail, fax or Email, reservations, sales, preparation of our weekly hotel newspaper "Chesa Monte Postillon", comprehensive information for our guests on events, guest book keeping and, of special importance, caring attentively for our guests.
