Pets?
For hygienic reasons we do not accept pets at our hotel.

Non-smoker protection?
Owing to the new non-smoker protection law smoking throughout the hotel is no longer permitted with effect of 1 January 2009.

Lift?
To all the floors.

Available parking?
Free of charge parking directly by the hotel

Underground garage?
You can leave your car in our underground garage for € 8.00/day.

Price reduction for overnight stays including breakfast:
€ 18.00 per person per day (prices for children are fixed prices).

Services not used shall not be reimbursed.

Special room desired?
We happily consider your desires regarding special types of rooms, certain room numbers, however, cannot be guaranteed.

Deposit?
A deposit of € 150.00 per person will be invoiced upon your fixed booking including travel cancellation, respectively travel interruption insurance. You will receive the detailed offer of our partner "Europäische Reiseversicherung" in our written reservation confirmation. In case of express waiver of the travel insurance as well as for bookings without a deposit the cancellation conditions according to the international hotel regulations shall apply.

Arrival?
The rooms and apartments are at your disposal from 15:00 p.m. onwards.

Departure?
We request you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 a.m.

Access to the indoor swimming pool at the date of departure?
After you check-out, you can use all facilities for a fee of € 10.00 per person.

Can you borrow bathrobes?
Snug bathrobes are at your disposal in your room (in wintertime these are free of charge, in summertime a small charge is payable).

How does online booking function?
We try to provide our complete offer via Internet. However, in case your desired offer should not be included, please contact us additionally by Email indicating your special requirements!

Please take into account that a deposit by credit card or bank transfer is needed in order to fix your booking.
Payments via credit card are restricted to the online deposit, which will be handled by our internet partner TIScover.com.

You can pay your hotel bill (minus your deposit) either in cash (in Euro or foreign currencies at current rate) or via ec card using the PIN. (Please consult your bank regarding your daily debit allowance amount.)

Owing to the high fees we do not accept any credit cards for payment of our hotel bills.

Cancellation?
The accommodation contract can be cancelled by sole declaration of the guest up to 3 months at the latest before the agreed date of arrival without a cancellation fee.

After that period a cancellation of contract by sole declaration of the guest is only possible against payment of the following cancellation fees:

• Up to 1 month prior to the date of arrival: 40 % of the total package price
• Up to 1 week prior to the date of arrival: 70 % of the total package price
• During the last week before the date of arrival: 90 % of the total package price
• In the event of late arrival or early departure the total package price will be charged.

We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance!
