We want our guests to enjoy undiminished pleasure in their winter holidays. Don't hesitate to talk to us if special dietary requirements are an integral part of your perfect holiday!

It is by conviction that our ambitious cuisine team respects state-of-the-art nutrition guidelines when composing our vital gourmet menus: whole food, healthy and vital food are a matter of course at the Chesa Monte**** hotel.

Even special requests are always welcome: Our Sous-Chef Marcel Schreiber is a trained dietary cook. It goes without saying for him to consider our guests' requests regarding their individual diets.

He happily prepares his meals respecting the following principles:
•    gluten-free - for guests who suffer from coeliac disease
•    lactose-free - for guests who suffer from lactose intolerance
•    diabetic food - for guests who suffer from diabetes type I or II
•    low-allergen cuisine
