Apart from any other meal our cuisine team also prepares tasty vegetarian dishes, savoury light food, reduction diet meals and even special diet food if desired.

Themed dinner evenings, culinary journeys and the weekly gala dinner complete our programme throughout the week. Smarten up the stylish dinner atmosphere by dressing formally.

Our highly-trained restaurant team under the management of the graduate sommelier Franz Gebetsberger recommend you the perfect wine from our well-assorted wine cellar.

Our culinary hotel offers are exclusively served to you, our hotel guests. During the winter season, day visitors are invited to enjoy our specialities in our à la carte restaurant "La Rucola".

Of course, you can receive visitors during your stay at the Chesa Monte for coffee and cake, or also for dinner upon prior notice.
